21st annual Kingston Triathlon - 2009
Matt White & Edith Kosztovits victorious

The start of the day saw 154 individual triathletes and 34 teams set off to do battle for supremecy in a variety of events.

In the Olympic course the men's event saw Matt White victorious over Shane Johnson by a decisive amount while in the women's event, Edith Kosztovits won her fourth Kingston Triathlon to equal sister Maria's score. Ella Holmes was close behind in a good competition.
The teams event saw Bordertown's "The Olympians" defend their title.

The Short Course event saw one of our largest fields for many years thanks largely to the excellent entries from around the South East. The South Eastern people have supported this event extremely well over the past years and the numbers participating continues to grow.
The men's event was won by Phillip Chehade narowly over James Kerr, while the women's event saw Jacqui Greed a comfortable winner over Danielle White.
The teams event saw Bordertown1 victorious, while "The Jab" took the School's trophy back to Bordertown once again..

The Come 'n' Tri event saw Brian Casey and Megan Saunder successful in their races.

Our first venture into an experiential event for the 7 - 11 Year Olds saw 31 take up the challenge and complete the course. It proved to be great fun for those involved and for their proud parents.
