Come 'n' Tri Course

The Come 'n' Tri Course event consists of:

  • Swim of 200m in a calm bay with a beach start. The swim course is a single loop course with the exit between swim lane ropes before a 50m dash across the beach to the transition area.
    Two maps are available for downloading:
    * Diagramatic Map showing distances between turns
    * Overview map of the Swim & Run legs relative to Transition and Finish
  • Cycle of 7.3 Km by completing 1 lap of a 7.3Km bituminised loop. Marine Parade is closed for the duration of the event and the Robe Road has traffic controlled in one direction by Police so that competitors have the western lane of the road to themselves.

  • Run of 1.5Km over sand, grass and on a bituminised walking/cycling track. One lap only needs to be completed of this loop.
    Two maps are available for downloading:
    * Diagramatic Map showing distances between turns.
    * Overview map of theSwim & Run legs (as above). When the run reaches the Cycle/Walking track, Come 'n' Tri competitors turn right and head to the Finish line.

Competitors may enter as an Individual or as a Team (where up to three members complete one discipline each).

Prizes: First and second overall in Male and Female divisions receive medallions as do each of the Age Group winners.
